Jason Henderson was named Executive Vice President, Operations in November 2022 and is a member of Bell’s Executive Leadership Team.
Jason leads the Operations organization and oversees manufacturing, including the assembly centers, Fort Worth Centers of Excellence (COEs), facilities, quality/Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
Previously, Jason was vice president of Assembly Operations, where he oversaw Bell’s assembly operations for domestic and global facilities including Mexico, Mirabel, Canada, Amarillo and Piney Flats.
Jason began his career at Bell as a V-22 flight electrician in Amarillo and has held various positions in operations, military business, supply chain and flight operations over nearly 20 years. Under his leadership, the team in Amarillo achieved 79 on-time consecutive AH–1Z aircraft deliveries, reduced Cost of Rework, Repair and Scrap (CoRRS) on AH-1Z assembly line by 47% and recovered more than 15,000 hours on the V-22 program.
Jason received his bachelor’s degree in aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is an avid supporter of high school football in Texas, and he and his wife, are parents to four children: 1 daughter and 3 boys.
