Why Bell?
Alternate work schedule
Bell offers various alternate work schedules at our facilities. We call them our off-Fridays. Some locations offer every other Friday off, and some offer every Friday off depending on the facility and team.
Dress for your day
At Bell, no day is the same. So we don’t think you should dress like it. Dress smart for an important meeting. Wear jeans for a casual day at the office or on the shop floor. Let your dress code reflect your work day.
Starting your 401k
When you begin your internship with Bell, your vesting period begins. Once hired on as a full-time employee, you'll be fully vested in five years. If you intern, your internship time applies to your five-year vesting schedule.
